50 gr. pine seeds,
3 garlic cloves,
2 ripe tomatoes,
basil,
parsley,
celery,
olive oil,
salt and pepper.
In a mortar crush pine seeds, peeled and seedless tomatoes, minced basil and parsley, a leaf of celery, chopped garlic. You should get a homogeneous mix.
Add oil, salt and pepper and keep on stirring.
