20 cherry tomatoes
50 ml mozzarella cheese, shredded
20 slices pepperoni
Slice upper 1/4 of stem end of tomatoes. Using a small melon baller, seed and core tomatoes.
Fill larger portion of tomato with cheese and top with pepperoni slice. Cover with tomato tops. Secure with toothpick.
Place on baking sheet. Broil in preheated oven for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and tomatoes begin to shrivel. Serve warm.
