75 ml olive oil 1/3 cup
8 large onions, peeled
salt & pepper to taste
25 ml balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
25 ml parsley, chopped 2 tbsp
In 13 x 9 inch (3 L) lightly greased baking dish, drizzle olive oil over onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake in 375 F (190 C) oven. Baste every 20 minutes for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for about 45 minutes or until very soft. Drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with parsley.
