1 Hass Avocado
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro; chopped
1 teaspoon Jalapeno peppers; chopped
2 tablespoons Tomatoes; seeded/chopped
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Yellow onion; diced
1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice
In a bowl or Molcajete, mix all of the ingredients except the avocado and mash into a paste.
Remove the Seed and Skin from avocado and cut into small cubes and add to paste.
Mix together to desired consistency
