Corn and Carrot Casserole

500 g ground beef 1 lb
1 onion , diced
4 large carrots, grated
1 can creamed corn (14 oz / 398 ml)
5 ml salt 1 tsp
pepper to taste

In a large skillet; brown beef. Add onion and simmer until the onion has cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in salt and pepper. In a loaf pan; layer meat mixture, then grated carrots and cover with corn. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F (180 C).
