4 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 (16-ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach (drained dry)
Melt the butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in a 350*F (175*C) oven. Remove the pan. Set aside.
Beat eggs well and add flour, milk, salt and the baking powder, mix well. Add the cheese and spinach. Mix well. Spoon into the pan with melted butter and level.
Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
Makes 12 servings.
