Jiffy and delicious fudge, this rum-flavored confection is meltingly rich and gives hints of rum.
2 (12-ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
1 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon rum flavoring
Melt chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water; remove from heat.
Stir in non-dairy whipped topping; add rum flavoring and stir.
Spread in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan lined with wax paper.
Chill until solid. Cut into 2-inch squares.
Makes 16 pieces.
