Pineapple Dip

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup finely finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon salt or to taste

Combine all ingredients; mixing well. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Serve with a variety of crackers.

Makes about 3-1/2 cups dip.
