1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Boil water, raisins, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes; stir in butter and flour. Blend in lemon peel.
