3 cups peeled and diced potatoes
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 large egg, slightly beaten
Add diced potatoes to a large saucepan with water, salt, and milk. Bring to a simmer. Meanwhile, add onion powder and garlic powder; cook until the potatoes are tender, about 25-30 minutes. Add flour, butter, and egg. Cook until thick.
