Curried Chicken Spread

1 (12-ounce) can white chicken chunks, drained
2/3 cup sour cream (fat free, if desired)
1/2 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or canned
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup currants

Mix all ingredients together. Spread on sandwiches, crackers, vegetables, or eat plain.

Makes 2 cups sandwich spread.
