Tex Mex Chops

4 pork chops
1 teaspoon oil
1 cup salsa
4 green chili peppers

In a large skillet, brown boneless pork chops (use cuts that are about 3/4-inch thick) in oil, about 2 minutes. Then add salsa and diced green chilies (if using canned, do not drain). Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 8 to10 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
