Pico De Gallo

750 g tomatoes, seeded & chopped 1 1/2 lb
175 ml onion, chopped 3/4 cup
125 ml fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 cup
45 ml fresh lime juice 3 tbsp
45 ml jalapeno chilies, minced & seeded 3 tbsp
1 garlic clove, minced

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill. Serve as an accompaniment to meat and fish dishes.
