1 egg
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup Butter or Marg.
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3-1/2 Cup flour
1 Cup Rice Crispies
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Mix the first 5 ingredients together well then add the rest mixing well after each ingredient. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. I find that rather than dropping a spoonful on the sheet, if you roll the spoonful a little bit, the cookies turn out rounder and fluffier.
