16 ounces fettucini noodles, cooked
4 tomatoes, quartered
6 ounces spinach
12 tiger prawns
2 chicken breasts, diced
lemon pepper seasoning to taste
2 tablespoons butter
3 ounces lemon juice
white wine to taste
1-1/2 cups whipping cream
In a large saucepan; saute chicken and tiger prawns with butter, lemon juice and white wine. Once completely cooked, add fettucini, whipping cream and lemon pepper seasoning to taste. During the reduction process, the flavours will enhance so be careful not to add too much at first. Add tomatoes and spinach. Once desired consistency is met, adjust final seasoning if needed. Serve.
