Cuban Sandwich

1 loaf Cuban bread
1 lb. smoked ham, sliced thin
1 lb. roast pork, sliced thin
1/2 lb. salami, sliced thin
pickle slices
lettuce
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced thin and cut into 1-1/2 inch strips
tomatoes, sliced
mustard and mayonnaise to taste

Cut bread into quarters, about a foot long each. Slice open and place descending amounts of ham, pork and salami in layers along one half of bread. Spread two strips of Swiss cheese along length of sandwich and add pickle slices. Add lettuce and tomato. Spread both sides of bread with mustard and mayonnaise to taste and close sandwich. Warm for a minute to a minute and a half to get the outside of the bread nice and toasty.
