Sausage and Egg Casserole

Great for tailgating in the morning at games!

6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 pound sausage, cooked and drained
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350F (175C) for 35 to 40 minutes

Makes 8 servings.
