Strawberry Blues Tofu Smoothie

Young and old alike will enjoy this drink.

1 (11.5-ounce) can Strawberry KERNS® from LIBBY’S All Nectar, chilled
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 (8-ounce) container vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup (4 ounces) silken tofu
2 whole strawberries (optional)

PLACE nectar, blueberries, yogurt and tofu in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with strawberries.

Makes 2 servings.
