1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into glass, and serve immediately.
Makes two 8-ounce servings.
