Lemon Shake Up

1/2 Cup (heaping) Sugar
2 Lemons, cut in half
Water and Ice

To make a 16 oz glass:

Put sugar in glass, squeeze lemon juice into glass, drop in the rest of the lemon, add ice and water to fill and shake.
