Yield: about 18-1/4 cups mocha mix
1 package (1 pound, 9.6 ounces) nonfat dry milk powder
1 package (16 ounces) confectioners sugar, sifted
1 package (15 ounces) chocolate mix for milk
1 jar (11 ounces) non-dairy powdered creamer
2 jars (8 ounces) hazelnut-flavored non-dairy powdered creamer
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
In a very large bowl, combine dry milk, confectioners sugar, chocolate mix, creamers, cocoa and coffee granules; stir until well blended. Store in resealable plastic bags. To serve, pour six ounces hot water over 3 tablespoons mix; stir until well blended.
