Yield: about 2 cups mix
1 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup non-dairy powdered creamer
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Process all ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Store in an airtight container. To serve, pour 8 ounces boiling water over 2 tablespoons mix; stir until well blended. Cool and serve chilled over ice.
