1 can Nut Brown Ale
2 lbs. Honey
3 lbs. Medium Unhopped Malt
2 ounces Mt. Hood Leaf Hops (bittering)
1/4 lb. Roasted Grain
1 ounce Northern Brewer (aroma)
Liquid Yeast English
Judy’s Primer Pak

This is a full bodied. Product a malty flavor with a hint of honey. Best if aged for 6 weeks. The more fermentables that are added, the longer it takes to mature in the bottle.
