10 ml sesame oil 2 tsp
10 ml vegetable oil 2 tsp
1 medium onion, cut in wedges
350 g broccoli florets 3/4 lb
10 ml soy sauce 2 tsp
15 ml sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
15 ml fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tbsp
In a large wok; heat sesame and vegetable oils over high heat. Add onion and broccoli. Stir fry for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until just tender crisp. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce and cilantro. Return to heat and toss quickly to heat through.
