2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
5 ml salt 1 tsp
15 ml vinegar 1 tbsp
250 ml sour cream 1 cup
5 ml sugar 1 tsp
15 ml green onion, chopped 1 tbsp
In a large bowl; place cucumber slices. Add salt. Set aside for several hours. Drain well.
In a small bowl; combine vinegar, sour cream and sugar. Mix well. Pour over drained cucumbers. Sprinkle with green onions.
