30 ml onions, finely chopped 2 tbsp
30 ml chicken broth 2 tbsp
2 medium green tomatoes, sliced
2 ml curry powder 1/2 tsp
1 ml paprika 1/4 tsp
In large nonstick skillet; cook onions and broth over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, curry powder and paprika. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
