1 head bok choy, cleaned & chopped
15 ml oil
250 ml chicken broth
125 ml water
15 ml corn starch
In a large skillet; heat oil. Add bok choy stalk. Stir to coat oil on stalk. Cook for 1 minute; add chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Whisk in mixture of corn starch and water to thicken. Add bok choy greens. Cover, let simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
