2 cans (3 Kilo -about 7 lbs.) 1/4 cut salad artichokes
Arrange in 2 steam table pans.
Heat:
1 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon oregano
3 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1-1/2 cups minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 sticks oleo
2 small cans chicken broth
Pour seasonings over artichokes and let heat on steam table. Just before serving, sprinkle coarse chopped pecans over hearts.
