1 teaspoon oregano, ground
1 tablespoon pepper, black
6 tablespoon salt
1 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic, dry, crushed
2-1/2 quart salad oil
1-1/4 quart vinegar
Combine oregano, pepper, salt, and water, blend well. Add garlic, oil, and vinegar; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake or beat well before using.
