1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
3 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP corn starch
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preheat oven to 350o F.
Mix the 3 berries and the sugar in a saucepan and cook down at medium heat, stirring continuously, for about 10 minutes. Add the corn starch blended into a little water. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon. Stir. Ladle into serving bowls. Place a disk of your favorite pie dough on top and place the serving bowls onto a cookie sheet in case of spills. Bake in oven approximately 20 minutes. Top with whipping cream, ice cream or low fat yogurt.
