1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix peanut butter and milk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and pour into buttered loaf pan. let rise 10 minutes. Bake 40 minutes in moderately slow oven (350 degrees F.). If desired, recipe can be doubled and extra loaf frozen for future use.
