1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red-wine vinegar
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound (1 large or 2 small) tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced and placed in a sieve over a bowl to drain
2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
Combine Worcestershire, vinegars, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well. (Just before serving, stir in the diced tomato and optional bell pepper.) Set mixture to the side.
