San Andreas Grill Vegetable Kabobs

Zucchini, sliced
Yellow squash, sliced
Whole mushrooms
Red onions, quartered

Marinate vegetables in a little melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Place on skewers and grill on barbecue. Brush with melted butter as they are cooking.
