Snow Ice Cream

Servings: 8 to 10 servings

1 egg beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups of milk
1 large pan of fresh clean snow

Beat egg and add the other ingredients. Mix well and quickly pour the mixture over a large container of fresh, clean snow. Stir briefly and serve immediately. Doesn’t keep or freeze. You may add other flavorings instead of the vanilla, if you wish.
