Hot Dog Casserole

1 lb. beef hot dogs
2 large potatoes
1 – 16 ounce can pork and beans

Peel and cut the potatoes into a small dice. Cut hot dogs into 1/2 inch slices. Combine the hot dogs, potatoes and pork and beans in a greased 8 inch square casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for an hour to an hour and 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
