6 pieces 1/2 inch cut beef short ribs
MARINADE
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chili pepper water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup salad oil
Mix all ingredients together with beef short ribs. Marinate for one hour. Cook over charcoal broiler until done.
