10 chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
5 ml celery salt
5 ml seasoning salt
15 ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 bottle chicken & rib barbeque sauce
Season chicken with celery and seasoning salt mixed together. In a large skillet; heat olive oil and lightly brown chicken. Add garlic, onion and peppers. Cook over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Place chicken and vegetables in casserole dish. Pour sauce over top. Cover and bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 1-1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
