This is a great punch for a festive event. Garnish with sliced strawberries for added effect.
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen sweetened, sliced strawberries
3 cups Apricot KERNS® from LIBBY’S Refrigerated All Nectar
3 cups water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (32-ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled
In a blender, purée frozen strawberries.
Combine strawberry purée, apricot nectar, water, lemon juice, sugar and orange juice concentrate; stir until well mixed. Slowly pour in ginger ale. Serve immediately.
Makes 16 servings.
