German Graham Brown Bread

2-1/2 cups milk, sour
1 cup maple syrup or sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Graham flour, to make thick batter

Place in bread pan, let rise in warm place 1/2 hour. This makes 1 large loaf.

Bake in moderate oven 350 – 400 F for 45 – 60 minutes.
