2 cups Flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Sugar
4 Eggs; separated
1.5 cups milk
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Beat egg yolks, milk and oil in a small bowl. Add this into the flour mixture in the large bowl, stirring it only enough to mix well.
In a medium bowl beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold the egg whites into the batter mixture in the large bowl.
