Schnitzel Beans

2 strips bacon, diced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (15-ounce) can whole green beans, drained
Dash pepper

Fry bacon until crisp.

Add onion and tomatoes. Simmer until cooked through, about 20 minutes, adding water as needed.

Add beans and pepper. Heat thoroughly and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
