Supper in a Package

750 g chuck steak 1 1/2 lb
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 oz / 284 ml)
1 package dry onion soup mix
4 medium carrots, quartered
2 celery ribs, coarsely chopped
3 medium potatoes, quartered
30 ml water 2 tbsp
Place large piece of heavy-duty foil on baking pan. Place meat on foil.
In small bowl, stir together mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Spread over meat. Top with carrots, celery and potatoes. Sprinkle water over vegetables. Fold foil over and seal securely. Cook in preheated 450 F (230 C) oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
