Lemon Whipped Cream  Dessert  504 reads

For each 1/2 pint whipping cream, add 3 Tablespoons confectioner's sugar, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, and a small piece of lemon rind; whip as usual. Serve on gingerbread, spice cakes, etc.
