1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cut up watermelon and arrange on a plate.

Sprinkle with onion, mint leaves, and salt and pepper.
