250 ml sour cream 1 cup
250 ml mayonnaise 1 cup
15 ml lemon juice 1 tbsp
1 package frozen spinach, drained well
1 package onion soup mix
1 loaf sour dough bread, hollowed out for bowl
In a large bowl; combine sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add spinach, blending well. Add soup mix, blending well. Chill for at least two hours or until onion soup flakes have lost their crunch.
Pour spinach dip into bread bowl and arrange bite size chunks of bread from portion hollowed out around for dipping.
