2.3 kg pork tenderloin, sliced in thick slices 5 lb
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 kg mandarin oranges, peeled & pulsated in blender 2 lb
500 ml maple syrup 2 cup
In a small skillet; fry onion until translucent.
Place pork in slow cooker. Add onions on top of pork.
In small bowl; mix orange mixture and syrup. Pour into slow cooker. Let sit over night.
Cook on high setting for approximately 4 hours. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
