Lamb, Zucchini and Pepper Keba

Garlic 2 cloves, chopped
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Thyme 1 tsp, dried
Lamb 600 g, leg meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
Zucchini 2, sliced
Pepper 2 yellow, cut into wide strips
Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp

Grind the garlic with a pinch of salt and mix together with the oil and thyme.
Thread the lamb, zucchini and peppers alternately onto skewers.
Brush with the oil, season with salt and ground black pepper and grill on the barbecue for around 10 minutes, turning.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve.
