Fig and Duck Breast Kebabs

Duck 16, breast, slices, smoked,
Pepper freshly ground
Skewers 8

Wash the figs and quarter lengthwise.
Roll up the slices of duck breast.
Thread onto skewers, alternating fig quarters with slices of duck breast.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry briefly shortly before serving or serve cold.
