Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Turkey 400 g, breast, cut into strips
Garlic 2 cloves, crushed
Bell pepper 2, large, green, seeds removed, sliced
Onion 1 large, sliced
Pine nuts 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
Orange juice 4 tbsp
Ginger 2 tsp, ground (optional)
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the turkey and garlic over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the peppers and onions and fry for 2 minutes, until soft.
Add the pine nuts and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the Worcester sauce, water, orange juice and ground ginger and cook for a further 3-4 minutes over a medium heat until bubbling.
Serve immediately your turkey with pine nuts and peppers.
