Smoked Sausage Bites

2 pounds smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1 (18-ounce) bottle barbecue sauce, such as Sweet Baby Ray’s
3/4 cup grape jelly

In a 2-quart slow cooker, combine sausage, barbecue sauce, and jelly. Cook on high until hot, about 1 hour. Lower temperature to warm until ready to serve.
